Requirements
- 2+ years of RPA development experience
- Ability to design, develop, and implement efficient RPA solutions
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes
- Experience with ROI analysis to support automation project prioritization
- Knowledge of heat mapping techniques to prioritize automation opportunities
- Experience with creating automated tests to ensure robust coverage and facilitate regression testing
Responsibilities
- Redesign manual high-volume transaction processes through robotics to enhance efficiency
- Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of current and future business processes
- Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios to ensure robust coverage and facilitate regression testing
- Create and maintain essential documentation, including Process Definition and Solution Design Documents
- Address defects, manage technical debt, troubleshoot RPA process issues, and ensure ongoing process optimization
- Partner with clients to define the minimum viable product (MVP) and plan incremental releases
