IMC is looking to strengthen its trading presence in the broker market by hiring an experienced broker trader to join its team on the MIAX Sapphire exchange floor.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience pricing, analyzing, and trading exchange-traded equity options
- Previous experience in team-based collaborative trading environment, preferably from a top-tier market making firm
- Highly analytical thinker and proficient in probability and statistics
Responsibilities
- Actively provide liquidity to many market participants leveraging IMC proprietary strategies
- Manage execution and risk of complex trading portfolios
- Perform trades analysis to improve trading
- Navigate new floor and make decisions independently
- Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and research new trading opportunities
- Effectively communicate real-time trade information and information flow to IMC’s internal team
- Ability to quickly establish relationships with brokers

- Base Salary range: $150,000—$250,000 USD
