Requirements
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Certifications in Network+, Security+, SSCP, Ethical Hacker are preferred
- Familiarity with network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Responsibilities
- Partner with our outsourced vendor to maintain security (MFA, Antivirus, APEX micro trend, and firewall)
- Manage IT asset management (Computers, TV, Tablets & Printers)
- Partner with our IT support to install equipment on the Domain (Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks)
- Maintain internal email directory
- Partner with our IT support to support and troubleshoot any hardware and software issues (Internet, Server)
- Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
Other
- Ability to work in a small team environment and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule depending on operational needs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
